Set-out & tolerances
Datum Shell shallow-end centreline, 1200 off north boundary. Set out from boundary pegs, not from the dwelling.
Level Coping to fall 0 mm across the run. Laser-check all four quadrants before the shell is grouted in.
Shell ±10 mm on plan position. ±3 mm on level. Out of tolerance: stop and call the office. Do not pack the coping to correct it.
Deck Board runs parallel to the long axis. 4 mm gap, 1:100 fall away from the coping for drainage.
Barrier Panel spigots set before the deck boards land, so no board is cut around a fixing after the fact.

Critical path in terracotta. Shell set is a single-day crane-free lift: the slot must not slip or the deck crew stands down.
Site notes
Access 2800 wide via side gate, north boundary. Excavator max width 2600.
Crane Not required. Shell walked in on rollers through side access.
Spoil 129 m³ removed off site. No stockpiling on nature strip; council permit not held.
Soil Class M per report GS-4471. Moderately reactive. Standard bedding applies.
Services DBYD lodged. Sewer 1.8 m off south boundary. Hand-dig within 1 m.
Barrier must be certified before water is added. No handover without the AS 1926.1 compliance certificate on file.
