Team names are season-scoped and managers are not, so the run is keyed on the
manager guid Yahoo issues and never on the name above it. Keying on the
name would have split this manager into three people and reset the Edwards
clock twice.
Managers who left
Two managers are no longer in the league. Their seasons stay attributed and stay readable, because the league’s history is not the current membership list.
Departure is a flag, not a filter. A manager who leaves keeps their drafts,
trades and title; a manager who returns two seasons later resumes the same identity
rather than arriving as a stranger. The league itself is renewed each year under a
new league id, so every id it has ever had is kept in
